I love natural foods and creating meals that taste good, but are simple to make. After many years for working in the foods business for others, it was time to start our company and start making our own products. Our first product to market was: Sally's Salsa.

Sally's Salsa was created in my kitchen for family and friends all over the world. I would get requests all the time to make more Sassy Salsa. We heard stories of Sally's Salsa being better than any major manufacturer's salsa in the market today. People love our fresh taste with vegetables that are just the right cut size, three heat flavors for customer preference, thickness of the salsa, and high quality presentation of product and packaging. We decided to start making salsa for everyone and to sell it straight to customers or through major grocery store chains. So the adventure on the dusty trail began. Since Sally’s Salsa is made with the freshest, all natural ingredients, just for you. Our goal is to provide a salsa that is authentic with the freshest taste.

We incorporated the business, selected a high quality packer for production runs, packaging that would say "buy me", created a label that says "Sally’s Salsa is full of fresh vegetables", and get our product to our customers.

The second product is Sally's Salsera Salsa. Sally's Salsera is like the salsa you find in a Mexican Restaurant. It too is has a full vegetable flavor with the sassy Serrano pepper bite and cilantro to finish off the distinct flavor. Sally's Salsera is presented as a puree with very few chunks of vegetables.
