H G D Foods is a manufacturer of Gluten Free Baking Mixes, Corn Meal, Sauces and a Spice Blends. We have the capability to grind corn meal and corn flour in 1 pound to 25 pound containers with our 24 and 30 inch Stone Ground Burr Mills. We only process corn through our mills. Our plant is a gluten-free facility and will always be gluten-free.

We have the capability to blend and package gluten-free spices and baking mixes in 1 oz to 50-Pound containers. We package spice blends in bags; however, can fill bottles in our plant.

We have a 10-gallon and 20-gallon cooking kettle to cook jellies, sauces, salsa, BBQ sauces, and most acidified products. We have the capability to process fruit and vegetables with our pressure cooking system. We bottle in 8, 11.5, 12, 16, 24, and 32 oz. glass containers.

We process batches for all blends to maintain high quality standards for all products. Our focus is to produce recipes for customers as needed for their business.

OUR FACILITY

H G D Foods is located in Converse, Texas. Our facilities include a 400 Sq Ft Maintenance/Storage facility and 2,400 square foot Gristmill. The Gristmill is humidity controlled. There are 500 square feet of raw material storage space, a Quality Control Lab, a Shipping and Receiving Area, Plus 800 square feet production space. We have a test kitchen and offices located in the production building. We currently manufacturer our Lamb's Stone Ground Cornmeal and Alamo Gristmill Spices in our facility.

Our Batchwerks Hot fill and Cold filling plant is located in Satler Texas.

To meet the needs of current customers, we have a focused staff to coordinate production needs with a very few select manufacturing companies. Our founder, Sally, is the only one to approve and oversee each production run of products in our plant.

CO-PACKING and PRIVATE LABEL

Custom dry ingredient formulation and liquid fill formulation are available to both the retail and foodservice markets in both large and small quantities. Our commercial kitchen staff is able to assist in the formulation of recipes. Each step of the process is monitored by our high standard of quality control. We maintain customer confidentiality at all times with your recipes. By offering customized products for you, we are able to match your recipes and save on the labor costs and other related expenses.

Our highest priority is quality control. Recipes are carefully blended to exact specifications provided by the customer. We use the highest quality ingredients and packaging materials.
