Gluten Free All Purpose Flour Mix

Gluten Free Baking is not easy when converting your recipe from a gluten flour to Gluten Free Flour Mixes. Our vision of offering great tasting Gluten Free products to the customer is our mission. Our Gluten Free All Purpose Flour Mix can be exchanged cup for cup with wheat flour in most recipies. The lower protein or a Gluten Free Mix requires adding extra protein and/or levening to your recipe. We add eggs or gelatin to our recipes for better texture. HGD Foods' Gluten Free All Purpose Flour Mix should be stored in a refrigerator or freezer. Shelf life is 1 year. (We included a recipe for Gourmet Gluten Free Pancakes inside package.)
The ingredients are White Rice Flour, Potato Starch and Tapioca Flour. We include a few recipes inside the bag.
This gluten free product is dairy, egg, peanut, tree nut, fish, shell-fish, soy, and wheat free. We only blend gluten free mixes in our mixer. One of the mixes does contain non-fat dry milk. The mixer is sanitized after each flavor batch is produced.
