Gluten Free Cookie Mix

Our Gourmet Gluten Free Cookie Mix is great for your basic mix. You can add chocolate chips or nuts for variety. We include the baking instructions inside the bag and list other ingredients you will need to make the cookies on the back label panel. The bag makes approximately 30 cookies. Shelf Life is 1 year.

Baking Mix Ingredients: Brown Rice Flour, Sweet Rice Flour, Potato Starch, Powdered Sugar, Granulated Sugar, Amaranth Flour, Baking Powder, and Xantham Gum.
GF Cookies All Ingredients:  GF Cookie Mix, Shortening, Raw Eggs, and Vanilla.

 This gluten free product is dairy, egg, peanut, tree nut, fish, shell-fish, soy, and wheat free. You will need eggs for the recipe when you make it at home.  We only blend gluten free mixes in our mixer.  One of the mixes does contain non-fat dry milk.  The mixer is sanitized after each flavor batch is produced.
