Gluten Free Corn Bread Mix

Our Gourmet Gluten Free Corn Bread Mix is made with Stone Ground Corn Meal and Corn Flour. We grind the corn daily in our plant with our Stone Burr Mills. We do not put any additives back into the corn. Our product is all natural and gluten free. Shelf Life is 1 year.

Baking Mix Ingredients:  Lamb's Yellow Corn Meal, GF All Purpose Flour, Suar, Baking Powder, and Salt.
GF Corn Bread All Ingredients:  Gourmet GF Corn Bread Mix, Butter, Raw Eggs, Milk and Canola Oil. 

Directions for our Gourmet Gluten Free Cornbread Mix are included in the bag.  Other items you will need to make the mix are 3/4 C. milk 1/2 C vegetable oil, 2 eggs, and 3 T butter.  Our mix makes an 8 x 8 pan of cornbread.

For a special treat add 1/2 can of cream corn and 2 ounces of green chilies to the mix. 

This gluten free product is dairy, egg, nut, tree nut, fish, shell-fish, soy, and wheat free. You will need eggs and milk when  you make the recipe at home.  We only blend gluten free mixes in our mixer.  One of the mixes does contain non-fat dry milk.  The mixer is sanitized after each flavor batch is produced.
