Gluten Free Muffin Mix

Our Gluten Free All Purpose Muffin Mix is easy to use. We include the instructions in the bag and list other ingredients you need to make the mix on the back panel of the bag. Makes about 12 muffins. We recommend storing the mix in the freezer or refrigerator. Shelf Life is 1 year.
Muffin Mix Ingredients: White Rice Flour, Potato Starch, Tapioca Flour, White Granulated Sugar, Double Acting Baking Powder, Guar Gum, and Non-Iodized Table Salt.
GF Muffins All Ingredients: GF Muffin Mix, Milk, Raw Eggs, Shortening, and Vanilla.
This gluten free product is dairy, egg, peanut, tree nut, fish, shell-fish, soy, and wheat free. You will need milk and eggs when you make the recipe at home. We only blend gluten free mixes in our mixer. One of the mixes does contain non-fat dry milk. The mixer is sanitized after each flavor batch is produced. |
