Gluten Free White Cake Mix



Our Gourmet Gluten Free White Cake is light and fluffy. The Mix makes two 8 x 8 pans of cake.

Baking Mix Ingredients:  White Rice Flour, Potato Starch, Tappioca Flour, Granuated Sugar, Baking Powder, Xantham Gum, and Sea Salt.
GF White Cake

Mix All Ingredients:  GF White Cake Mix, Raw Egg, Water, Apple Cider Vinegar, and Vanilla Extract.

We include the baking instructions inside the bag and other ingredients you will need on the back panel of the package. Shelf Life is 1 year.

This gluten free product is egg, dairy, peanut, tree nut, fish, shell-fish, soy, and wheat free. You will need eggs for recipe when you make it at home.  We only blend gluten free mixes in our mixer.  One of the mixes does contain non-fat dry milk.  The mixer is sanitized after each flavor batch is produced.
