Lamb's Stone Ground Yellow Cornmeal

Louise Lamb started the Grist Mill in the late 60’s.  Her vision of offering wholesome stone ground, all natural corn products to the consumer is our mission.  We offer the same all natural cornmeal prossed in a gluten-free facility in Converse, TX.  Lamb’s Stone Ground Corn Meal is best when stored in the refrigerator or freezer.  Shelf life is 1 year.  You can  make polenta with Lamb's Stone Ground Cornmeal.  Check out the recipes on our site.

Stone Ground Whole Yellow Corn

This gluten free product is dairy, egg, peanut, tree nut, fish, shell-fish, soy, and wheat free. We only grind corn on our Stone Burr Mills.
