Raggin Bull Dip



Ragin Bull dip has a nice smokey pepper flavor from the Chipolte and Ancho Peppers in the mix.  It is about a medium heat level pepper dip from the Cayenne Pepper and Crushed Red Pepper Flakes. Ragin Bull dip can be used as a rub for your steak.  To prepare your steak, spread dip over both sides of the steak, add sprinkle a little more seasalt on the steak to bring out the beef flavor and tenderize your steak more before grilling.  Place the steak on the hot grill for 3 minutes on each side maximum.  Check the internal temperature of the meat to serve as you like.  Rare is 140 degrees, medium rare 160 degrees and well done is 180 degrees. 

Instructions for dip:  Mix package with 1 C Sour Cream, 1/2 cup Mayonaise and stir well until blended.  Store in a Refrigerator for 2 hours and serve with your favorite chips or vegetables.

Ingredients: Minced Garlic, Garlic Powder, Crushed Red Pepper Flakes, Chopped Onion, Paprika, Parsley, Black Pepper, Chipolte Pepper, Ancho Pepper, Dehydrated Tomato, Cayenne Pepper, Mustard, Mace, Cumin, and Sea Salt. 

This gluten free product is egg, peanut, tree nut, fish, shell-fish, soy, and wheat free.  We only blend spices in our mixer.
