Sally's Sassy Chicken and Rice (Not Gluten Free)

Servings:  4-6

Ingredients:
2 cans Cream of Chicken and Broccoli Soup
3 C Water
1 1/2 C Rice, uncooked
1 1/2 C Mushrooms, sliced
½ Cup Sally's Salsa
1 can (2.8oz) French Fried Onions, divided
4 Chicken Breast Halves
Paprika and Pepper to taste

Instructions:
In shallow baking dish, mix soup, water, rice, salsa
mushrooms, and 1/2 can of fried onions.
Place chicken on rice mixture.
Sprinkle with paprika and pepper.
Bake at 375* for 1 hr. Sprinkle remaining fried onions over chicken mixture.
Bake 3-5 min or until onions are golden brown.
