Herbed Three Bean Salad

Ingredients:
1 pound trimmed and cooked green beans
1 can (15 ounces) kidney beans
1 can (15 ounces) garbanzo beans
1/2 cup chopped red onion
1 large celery stalk, chopped
1/3 cup olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons red wine or other vinegar
1 teaspoon Dijon-style mustard
2 tablespoons minced Alamo Grist Mill and Spice Company Mediterrean Seasoning
1/2 teaspoon Alamo Grist Mill and Spice Company Sea Salt
1/4 teaspoon Alamo Grist Mill and Spice Company Coarse Ground Black Pepper
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/4 cup chopped Fresh Sage Instructions:
1. Toss the beans with onion and celery. Mix the rest of the ingredients, season with salt and pepper and pour over salad.
2. Let stand for 30 minutes and taste for seasoning. Serve at cool room temperature. |
