Lamb's Pineapple Corn Bread

Ingredients:
1 cup Lamb's yellow corn meal
1 cups Lamb's GF sifted flour
4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp Alamo Grist Mill and Spice Company Seasalt
1 1/8 cups milk
2 eggs beaten
4 tbs vegetable oil
cup pineapple jam
cup crushed pineapple, drained

Instructions:
Preheat ovent to 375 degrees. Sift together dry ingredients. Combine milk and eggs with oil, crushed pineapple, and jam. Stir all together enough to moisten. Pour in to greased (8x 4) loaf pan and bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour walnuts may be added.
