Gluten-Free Beef with Horseradish
Servings: 4
Ingredients:
4 cubed steaks (minute steaks)
1 large onion
2 T butter
Alamo Gristmill and Spice salt and pepper
2 T GF soy sauce
1/2 c white wine
1 c GF sour cream
2 t chopped fresh dill
2 t prepared horseradish Instructions:
Brown steaks and onion lightly in butter in a skillet on medium heat. Add salt, pepper, soy sauce and wine. Cover. Simmer 35 to 40 minutes or until tender. Combine sour cream, horseradish and dill. Stir into the steak mixture. Heat through for about 4 minutes. |
