Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:
1/2 cup Lamb's All Purpose GF Flour
2 eggs
1tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp baking powder
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 peanut butter
1/4 cup butter or shortening
1 cup choc. chips Instructions:
Preheat oven for 350
Add sugar, P.B., butter, eggs and vanilla in a bowl, mix well. Add flour and baking powder to the wet mixture and blend together. Add choc. chips and mix. Drop onto ungreased cookie sheep and bake for 12 min. |
