Gluten Free Italian Salad Dressing

Ingredients:
1 Cup Lemon Juice
1 Cup White Wine Vinegar
½ Cup Vegetable Oil
1 Cup Water
½ C slivered Fresh Fennel
¼ Cup Alamo Gristmill Italian Seasoning.

Instructions:
Pour all ingredients in a blender and mix for 1 minute. Pour over salad just before using.

Salad mix we use is a chopped fine blend of Fresh Greens, carrots, tomatoes and purple cabbage.
