Sally's Turkey Chili

Servings:  6-8

Ingredients:
1 pound ground turkey
2 T Butter
1/2 t salt
1 large chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
3T chili powder
6 oz can tomato paste
3 1 lb cans small red beans with liquid
1 cup frozen corn

Instructions:
1. In a large skillet brown ground beef, onions, garlic, and yellow peppers in butter. Drain off fat.

2. Combine in a 3 1/2 or 4 quart crockery cooker. Mix well

3. Cover; cook on low-heat setting for 8 to 90 or on high-heat setting for 4 to 4 1/2 hours.

4. Serve with Cheddar Cheese sprinkled on top with crackers.
