1. In a
large skillet brown ground beef, onions, garlic, green and yellow peppers in
butter. Drain off fat.

Combine in a 3 1/2 or 4 quart crockery cooker.

Cover; cook on low-heat setting for 8 to 10 or on high-heat setting for 4 to
5 hours.
4.
Serve with Cheddar Cheese sprinkled on top with crackers.
