Title Maple-Mustard-Sauced Turkey Thighs
Description

Turkey is not just for Thanksgiving anymore!  Complete this delicious, anytime meal with mashed potatoes and steamed green beans.

Ingredients:

2 to  2 1/2 pounds

turkey thighs (about 2 thighs), skinned

1/2 cup maple syrup or maple-flavored syrup

1/3 cup coarse-grain brown mustard

1 T quick-cooking tapioca

Directions:

1.  Rinse turkey thighs; pat dry.  Place turkey thighs in the bottom of a 3 1/2 - 4 quart crockery cooker.

2.  In a small bowl stir together syrup, mustard, and tapioca.  Pour over turkey.

3.  Cover; cook on low-heat setting for 6 to 7 hours or on high-heat setting for 3 to 3 1/2 hours.
