1. In a
large skillet cook ground beef, onions, garlic, yellow and red peppers in
butter. Drain off fat.
2. In
the meanwhile, in a 3 1/2 or 4 quart crockery cooker combine catsup, water,
brown sugar, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder and pepper.
Stir in meat mixture.

Cover; cook on low-heat setting for 6 to 8 or on high-heat setting for 3 to
4 hours. Spoon into toasted buns.

Serve with Mac and Cheese and the kids will love you forever.
