Squawkin Chicken Dip

Squawkin Chicken is one of our grandson's favorites for dipping their chicken nuggets.  The flavor is a very mild heat flavor from only the Ancho pepper.  The other vegetables are a good blend of flavors that can be used for breading chicken or in the dip.  Sally uses Squawking Chicken Dip to flavor the Turkey on the Grill.  To roast your Turkey on the grill, clean the turkey (8-12 pound bird), place it on several large pieces of foil (enough so you can wrap the bird), sprinkle the dip mix over the top of the bird, wrap the bird and put on the grill to cook for the about 3 hours.  Check the bird frequently during hours 2 and 3 with a thermometer, your cooked temperature should be 190 degrees.

Instructions for dip:  Mix package with 1 C Sour Cream, 1/2 cup Mayonaise and stir well until blended.  Store in a Refrigerator for 2 hours and serve with your favorite chips, vegetables, or chicken nuggets.
